Black-Eyed Blonde

One night, a gorgeous blonde lady stumbled into the police station with
a black eye. She claimed that she had heard a noise in her backyard,
over by the toolshed, and went to investigate. The next thing she knew,
she was hit in the eye and knocked out cold.

So, an officer was sent to her house to investigate. He returned about
20 minutes later with a black eye, as well.

"Did you get hit by the same person?" his captain asked.

"No sir," replied the officer. "I stepped on the same rake!"
